technological processing.

in homes and catering establishments, without losing the
flavour or natural texture which all potatoes, fried or
cooked in another form must offer the final consumer.
The P3 process enables the fresh potato to be finally
frozen, and its cuts and formats adapt to the most usual
types of consumptions. BioPastis gives major distributors
