The P3 potato is the result of
an innovative production system based on the most recent
scientific research into the properties and culinary uses
of the potato. Created by Spanish engineers and put into
practice exclusively by BioPastis, this new method of industrial
preparation offers the consumer a natural, frozen potato
ready to fry or cook in the oven, and whose characteristics
make it unique in the world food market.
The technology used in the process of P3 preparation combines
pH and temperature to ensure complete bacteriological and
fungal disinfection for the product at all commercial stages
of preparation. The different phases involved are aimed
at preserving the natural properties of the potato, without
adding any elements which are foreign to the original raw
material. This potato’s inalterable composition offers
the consumer the right texture, appreciable after final
frying, compact but smooth internally and crispy to the
palate.
